Of New England in June I remember... 10/19/2011
My furry, little friend, Wild Rose is taking time to smell the roses :)) No thorns just lots of kisses! Of New England in June I remember... Pink roses cascading the old gray wall As streams of shimmering sunlight Dance among the silver birches And meadows of white daises Wave in the gentle breeze. From the stone-fenced rolling pasture To the twilight night in the deep wood Where fireflies with fairy lanterns Shine their silver light Among this primrose scented starry night In stillness I listen to the crickets serenade All the while embracing the soul of June. It was Mark's and Wayne's encouragement and support that led to the 500 mile Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage May 6, to June 30, 2003 for daughter, Heather and myself. We walked from St Jean Pied de Port, France by way of Route Napoleon over the Pyrenees into Spain from there it was... Ever onward to Santiago de Compostela. Rafael Chacon and Andy Laue headed out just one year prior May 6, 2002 to walk their Camino de Santiago. | AuthorWrite something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
